Ok, heres the deal... this last semester in school has kicked me straight off in the arse. I've barely had time to eat, much less computer time for anything other than study.

I have had a couple of requests to use my images for other projects but have not been able to log into DA lately to give my consent. So, I will make this post here so that even if I'm not able to get on we can still work together.

I am always honored when someone thinks enough of any of my images to request their use in this or that. I give my personal consent here. However, I have a short set of terms attached to that consent...

1) I do request that I get credited for the work that you have borrowed. Weather I am credited as model or photographer (obviously depending on the image in question and the role that I played in its construction).

2) IF I am not the photographer, I request that before the image is used, the photographer in question (who, if it is not me, is always credited and linked on my image page) be contacted and a request made with him/her before the image is used. Please ask them if they would like to share credit for the image that you are using as well.

And finally,

3) Please just send me a note letting me know that you have discussed it with the photographer (or if I am the photographer, and already having given permission...) that the image has indeed been used and, if you would be so kind as to please include a link to it so that when I CAN get on, lol... I can have a look.

I hope that you will have the good taste to not use my images for anything harmful or derogatory. Please use common sense.

Now I will state this again, just so that there are no misunderstandings.

If these terms are acceptable, again my permission is granted on any photo that I have taken, or image that I have drawn. All photos in which I am modeling that has been shot by a photographer, my consent is given if that photographers feelings on the matter are mutual.
